Fun in the Snow

As you can see, the snow is melting due to the rain and warmer temps we've had. But the kids did want to get outside today (Cobe is at Chase's playing), so since Cobe wasn't here to go out with Brooks, I had to. These two goofballs had so much fun. I realized that this was Sadie's first time playing in the snow (that I can remember anyway), so I had to capture it on film. We left her mittens at Spot's yesterday, so she thought she had to keep her hands in her pockets even though it really wasn't that cold.



Brooks got out Cobe's snowboard and went to town on a tiny hill in our driveway. He did it over and over. He actually surprised me that he could do it.
What a loving big brother- he pulled Sadie all over the yard in the sled.
Tonight I am taking Brooks out for a date. We are going to Logan's and to Target. He is going to get some much needed attention- that he doesn't act like he needs, but I am sure he does! One can only watch his big brother get to do fun stuff over and over without him for so long. So tonight, Brooks gets to have the fun. I can't wait! Never been out with a more handsome fella in my life! ;-)

PS- Cobe's team lost this morning 4-1. Shucks!
