The weeks just sail on by this close to the end of summer! We had another fun week at the pool and hanging out with friends. Today we went to a friend's house who has a pool in her backyard, and Sadie had a blast playing with her triplet girls. The boys were a nuisance and acted like they were oh so bored, even though she had a nice pool with a slide and a diving board, just because there were no boys there. Funny how they can play like best buds at home, but acted like they didn't know each other there because there wasn't another kid in the mix. Oh well- now we are back home and they are acting like best buds again riding their scooters around the neighborhood.
We went to Landon's All-Star game last night and watched him play an awesome game! He had a great outfield catch! His team won against the National All-Star team. Justin and Jake went with us to the game after Jake got to spend the day with us while Justin was at camp. Lynette took a cute picture of Sadie eating her popcorn that you can check out on her blog.
Tonight we are heading to Ryan's sister's house for his mom's birthday celebration and for some ribs on the grill. I made a baked bean casserole (my mom's recipe) and a taco dip to take. We are also cooking homemade donuts over the fire. Yummy!
Tomorrow night we are going to Saugatuck for a night out w/o kids. Hopefully there will still be people left going; everyone is dropping out like flies. We started off with 18 going out, now we are down to 10, but the 10 left are a fun group!

mmmm yummy donuts... those are great! hopefully, saugatuck was lots of fun. we're back I'll email for playdate options. :)
