Just a quick post

I am exhausted so I am heading to bed. But I did want to share that the garage sale so far has been a success! I made more money today than I have in the last few years (around $250 today so total of about $350), so I think I'll open up in the morning for a few hours before work. I ended up having company for the afternoon. My friend and neighbor Kendra came over and sat with me for a few hours. It was so nice of her b/c it helped the time fly. I was so busy all morning that time flew by, then we hit a lull around noon and that is when she showed up. I actually got some huge bargains myself. My GENEROUS neighbor Julie gave me a great deal on some adorable clothes/shoes for Sadie and some things for Brooks as well. She probably could have made well over $100 on the stuff she gave me, and she only charged me $25 bucks!!!! I can't wait for them to start wearing the things.

Cobe's baseball game that got rained out Tuesday night has been rescheduled for Saturday morning, so I can't open up that morning, so I guess tomorrow is my last shot to get rid of everything. This weekend is going to be sooooo busy again. Well, really just Saturday I guess. Tomorrow I'll finish up the garage sale, go to work, pack everything up and return tables to work. Sat. morning, we'll head to Cobe's game at 10:00, take him to a birthday party at 11:00, and then go to a graduation open house sometime between 2-4. Then Cobe has been invited over to a friend's house to spend the night. So I guess I should rephrase my wording... Cobe has a busy Saturday. :-) I didn't realize I would be scheduling a social calendar when my child was only 7!!!!! Sunday morning I teach Sunday School for the last time this year. I have enjoyed teaching the 3 year olds, so I may do it again next year. It is a good age to teach.

Off to bed to get up bright and early again tomorrow. :-)
