It is freezing, snowy and windy today! Cobe had a soccer game at 11:00, and the roads were pretty bad then. His team won 5-3, and Cobe scored 2 of the goals! He played really well, as did his whole team. Sadie got to go to Baby E's to play during the game, and Landon went with us to the game. When we got home, 2 of the neighbor boys came over too, so all 5 boys have been playing outside in the snow for hours now. I couldn't do it- too cold for me. But they have played football, snowboarded and sledded all afternoon. I have a feeling they'll be in soon for some hot chocolate.
Yay for grandparents!!! The kids are going to MJ's and Jim's tonight for a sleepover, and Ryan and I get to go out to celebrate our anniversary. We have reservations here (City Vu Restaurant) tonight which I am excited about because we haven't been before. I think it will be a gorgeous night to look out over the downtown area and see all of the pretty Christmas lights and snow falling.
Well, I hear little voices in the side yard now, so I better go get the hot chocolate ready. Brrrrr!!!!!

We really liked City Vu! You can tell they have real talent in the kitchen, as opposed to "kitchen guys" with access to exotic ingredients. Mmmmmmmm... I'm jealous! Happy anniversary and for pete's sake, be careful out there!
I couldn't handle the cold either. I hope you enjoy City Vu tonight, I've heard it's great, but you'll have to let us know what you think.
