We are in not so sunny NC. We were able to leave around 6:45 last night and we got here at 7:45 this morning. It rained the entire trip once we got out of Michigan and hit Ohio. Never poured, but a steady rain fell the entire trip. The kids did great- Brooks and Cobe slept the whole time after watching 2 movies and Sadie slept off and on, but never made a peep. She doesn't sleep very well in her car seat, but she rested the whole trip. Ryan and I switched off driving and did pretty well for leaving so late. Neither one of us got dangerously tired (thank goodness).
Ryan is back asleep on the couch after eating breakfast, and I am on my way to bed with Sadie. The kids already ran next door to Pete and Sandy's to say Hi! (without permission I might add) They gave the boys each a book and a doll to Sadie. The kids were thrilled with their gifts! Thanks Modrows!
I am hoping the sun will come out later- otherwise, it looks like a great nap day (which it will be sunshine or not!).

Glad you are there, bummer that you don't have sunshine though, although I'm guessing it's warmer than 40 degrees! Get some rest and enjoy your stay!

Glad the trip was safe! Any speeding tickets? Everything looks fine at your house.
Please tell your parents hello from us and that we hope to meet them some day. Thinking we might just up and visit them soon.... maybe for a weekend.
See if they will be around the weekend of April 25 and if your mom is up to it.
Sounds like it went great! I don't know why but your posts aren't showing up on my computer right away! I'll have to figure that one out soon cause you know I check often! Have a GREAT week and bring us home some sunshine (once you get it!) We'll get the Divas together once you get home!
