Ugh!

I am sick. I have a head cold, probably nothing more, but I feel rotten. My ear has even started hurting. Since when does an adult get an earache???? I am just glad I got it now if I had to get sick. I am contemplating going to Prime Care in the morning to get some meds before our trip in case I do have an ear infection. I'll probably wait until the morning and see how I feel. Of course the tornado-like winds that we had during the night kept me awake, so I didn't get much sleep either last night. I am looking forward to an early night tonight!!!!! Sis didn't get a nap in either which will work to my benefit!!!!

The kids spent the day with Lisa so Ryan and I could have the morning to meet with our interior decorator. Thanks Lisa!!!!!! (don't you think she is sick of my kids by now???????) We decided on siding (pecan-color), shingles (and no Lynette, we did NOT choose black!), cedar-shake, stones for the columns, bathroom sinks, toilets, fixtures, the kitchen sink and fixtures, cabinets, hmmm.... can't think of what else. We had already picked the front door and hardware for that last week. So we should be set while we are gone. When we get home, we have to immediately meet with them at our new house to do an electrical walk-through to show them where we want all the outlets/wiring. I cannot believe how fast this is all moving along! I am super excited about one thing we picked out... the vanity/sink in our guest/half bath. We splurged in there since it is the one bathroom that guests will use. Everything else is pretty ordinary, but I LOVE the sink that we picked out. I'm going to keep it a secret so you'll have to visit us if you ever want to see it! :-)

The kids just made a mess in the bathroom so off I go to mop up bathwater! Enjoy your evening!
